چکیده: Abstract: Today, creating integration in the project management process based on timely delivery of projects, sourcing and supplier management is one of the most important goals of project-oriented organizations, creating this integration in order to reduce costs and time and increase quality in achieving the goals of organizations the performance has received increasing attention. The topic to be studied here is the simultaneous scheduling of several projects with limited renewable and non-renewable resources, carrying out activities with different execution modes, observing the prerequisites of activities and selecting suppliers according to their participation in projects, important and practical goals that are not aligned. Such as reducing the delay time in project delivery, reducing the cost of sourcing and maintaining the cost of resources, the issue has been developed to be used in projects with limited time to transport and transfer resources from suppliers to the project site and perishable resources. In this paper, the amplified constraint was evaluated using a numerical sample of the model validation by Epsilon method, and its results and sensitivity analysis were presented. Then, considering that project scheduling with resource constraints is one of the Np-hard problems, the model was solved using the multi-objective Harmony Search Algorithm (MOHS) algorithm and its performance was compared with the multi-objective genetic algorithm (NSGA-II). The results show that the proposed algorithm has performed well in solving such problems. Key Words: Resource constraint multi project scheduling problem, Multimode, Resource management, Select of supplier, MOHS, NSGA-II
