چکیده: Abstract: Knowledge acquisition, creation, storage, transfer and utilization are the five main processes of knowledge management and the success of organizations in the field of competition depends on the systematic and planned implementation of these processes. According to a group of experts, knowledge transfer is the most important knowledge management process and has a significant impact on the efficiency and success of organizations. The present study firstly identifies and examines the factors affecting knowledge transfer in entrepreneurial firms, then examines the interplay of the most important factors on each other and on knowledge transfer(using DEMTEL method ). This is applied research and is descriptive one based on the data collection method. The statistical population of this research is entrepreneurial firms of Hamadan province. To prioritize the factors affecting knowledge transfer, a questionnaire consisting of 39 questions was prepared and distributed among 32 experts and managers of entrepreneurial firms. Based on the results of this step, 14 important factors were selected that were used in the next step. In the next step, by preparing a second questionnaire (Demetel questionnaire), three experts were asked to determine the intensity of each factor's impact on each other and on knowledge transfer. Finally, the DEMATEL method was used to analyze the obtained data. The outcome of DEMATEL method is an cause and effect graph that categorizes the critical success factors of knowledge transfer into two categories of cause and effect factors. The results indicated that among the factors affecting knowledge transfer in entrepreneurial firms, management support, trust in management, correct assignment of employees, personal trust among employees, fear of losing position, personal characteristics, teamwork and knowledge map have the highest ranks among the factors.
