چکیده: Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive, destructive, and long-term disorder of the central nervous system that primarily impairs the body's dynamic system. The symptoms of this disease usually appear gradually and as the disease progresses, non-motile symptoms also appear. The most obvious symptoms of this disease are tremors at rest, slowness of movements and difficulty walking. The dynamic symptoms of this disease occur due to the loss of cells in a part of the brain and as a result of a decrease in dopamine, which is a neurotransmitter. Dopamine is important for maintaining the body's natural movement patterns. Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) effectively suppresses resting tremor in Parkinson's disease. DBS is a neurosurgical procedure that was serendipitously discovered and involves the implantation of a medical device deep inside the brain. This medical device generates a high-frequency stimulation (HFS) that has been shown to be effective in attenuating tremors. In this dissertation, a computational model of DBS closed loop control is used to suppress tremor in Parkinson's disease by using control over the frequency, amplitude and width of the DBS signal pulse as well as the use of different DBS waveforms. Tried to suppress tremor in Parkinson's disease. The goal is to leave the physician free to adjust the controller according to the patient's personal characteristics. In this way, in health conditions, the output of the controllers has a small amplitude compared to the disease state. In other words, the amplitude of the electrical signal is related to the tremor level. After the tremor decreases, the electrical signal also decreases significantly. This will have fewer side effects. In the control parameters identical to the symmetric pulse, the sine wave DBS signal increases in the control mode over the average error amplitude and the average power consumption decreases, and in the control mode on the frequency the average error and power consumption increases. And asymmetric pulse in control mode on the range of average error and average power consumption has increased. And in control mode on frequency average error has increased and the average power consumption is constant
