چکیده: Abstract: Despite of many studies which have been done by researchers on management of blood supply chain. Discusse about blood and its supply is still challenging. Blood donation is a voluntary activity and donors play an important role in the blood supply chain.In this study, we try to make a balance between supply and demand by encouraging donors to prevent blood shortages in time window that causes irreparable damages as much as possible. Whereas, the blood is a time-sensitive product with a certain lifespan, it is so important to consider issue of blood perishability. In this study, we present a bi- objective mixed integer non-linear programming model for designing a blood network under uncertainty over multi- periods of planning. In order to deal with bi- objective model, the epsilon- constraint method is used and to confront with uncertainty of demand, we propose a robust optimization approach. Since the proposed model is Np- hard problem, two- methahuristic algorithms are recommended to gain optimal solutions. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmII (NSGA-II) and Electromagnetism algorithm (EM) developed to solve the problem. Eventually, two algorithms performance are compared with standard measures. In most cases, the value of indicators used in the (NSGA-II) algorithm is better than the competing algorithm (EM). Also in terms of problem solving time, (NSGA-II) algorithm is able to solve the problem in a shorter time.
