چکیده: Abstract: : The health domain is one of the very important subjects that is currently attracting the attention of the world. Given that there are in health care systems always service providers and patients, so it can be considered as one problem of planning and scheduling. One of the very sensitive the part in the health domain that should be dill much attention, is operating room surgeries planning and scheduling. Planning and scheduling operating room surgeries is very important for managers in terms of cost. Since in the operating room discussion the issue of life and death is involved and the smallest delay or lack of resources can endanger human life, attention to operating room planning and scheduling Will find especially important. In addition, medical equipment is a vital resource the hospital seeks the efficiency of reusable sterile instruments in the sanitary conditions defined by the regulations. therefore, planning for reusable tools will enjoy also very important. Since one of the causes of hospital infections is insufficient sterilization of reusable medical instruments in the surgical section. To prevent Probable infections, Sterile of reusable medical instruments is one of the main aim in any operation. In addition to the above, patients are divided into two general categories: emergency patients who are admitted randomly and elective patients who are pre-scheduled. In this study, due to large fluctuations in the duration of surgery, the patients' different conditions and to get closer to the real situation, the duration of surgery is uncertain. Therefore, according to the need of the real world to deal with uncertainties. In this study, to solve the problem of integrated planning of operating rooms and sterile section with the aim of minimizing the total cost, which includes the cost of sterilization, delaying surgery and performing surgery, and the time of completion of the last surgery taking into account emergency patients and selectively addressed. taking into account emergency patients and selectively addressed. The time of surgeries may not be completely definite depending on the patient, physician, equipment and supplies, so in this study, the duration of surgery is indefinite. According to the need of the real world to deal with uncertainties, a robust optimization approach has been proposed. After presenting the mathematical model, to solve this problem in small dimensions of the Epsilon constraint method developed by GAMS software in large dimensions, due to the NP-hard nature of the problem, two meta-heuristic algorithms NSGA-II and NRGA were used. The NSGA-II algorithm has better performance than NRGA in (DM), (MID), (NPS) and (Time) indices.
