چکیده: Abstract: Because environmental pollution, especially heavy metal pollution, has become one of the major problems in the world, today the research path of many researchers is focused on eliminating these pollutants. So far, various methods have been developed to control these contaminants, which generally include chemical, physical, biological and thermal methods. The cost and effectiveness of these methods on different pollutants have varied, which has redoubled the effort to find more efficient and effective methods. In this research, by combining thermal method and stabilization and solidification method, an attempt is made to provide a very effective solution in the control of lead contamination. In this research, which was conducted on bentonite and zeolite soils contaminated with different concentrations of lead, using tests to determine the buffering capacity, determine the amount of pollutant absorption and retention, and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure test (TCLP), the effectiveness of both stabilization and solidification methods and Application of heat in the retention of lead pollutant has been investigated. Also, in this research, by combining the two methods mentioned in the maintenance of lead pollutant, the influence of the heat application method on the contaminated soil samples solidified with cement was investigated and the microstructural changes of the samples were evaluated using X-ray test (XRD). The results of this research show that the method of applying heat to lead-contaminated soil, which has been solidified with different percentages of cement, can have positive and negative effects on the retention of lead pollutants by soil and cement. The results of this study show that by using both methods of heat treatment and stabilization/solidification, as a solution in the control of lead pollutants, can be much more effective in controlling lead pollutants. According to the results, by using 20% cement in the stabilization/solidification of lead-contaminated bentonite and then using heat treatment on it, a concentration of about 200 cmol/kg-soil lead contaminant can be well controlled. This solution has shown promising results in controlling lead pollution, but more research is needed in this field. Among the temperatures tested in this research, the temperature of 500°C has shown the most positive effect in increasing the retention of the pollutant solidified with cement. The increase in pH level and the formation of new compounds at this temperature has been one of the main reasons for the increase in pollutant retention
