چکیده: Abstract: In this paper, a mathematical programming model for the problem of electric vehicle routing and battery replacement station location with fuzzy demands is presented considering the simultaneous effect of battery capacity and vehicle capacity. The goal is to optimally determine the number and location of battery replacement stations and the route of electric vehicles based on customer demand. Since planning is based on uncertain data, optimal planning may not be practical, in which case it is necessary to meet the demands by rerouting vehicles or performing additional operations. Fuzzy chance limit is used to create acceptable assurance that the optimal program is practical in the model. In the proposed model, each device is allowed to use a battery replacement station more than once, if necessary. As a result, the route of a vehicle will not always be a simple tour. Finally, with the help of an example, the performance of the model is examined numerically. Next, the HVNS hybrid algorithm has been developed, which has been tested using the GA-VNS hybrid algorithm, and then the algorithms are examined with a few numerical examples
