چکیده: Abstract: Galloping is a phenomenon that causes high-amplitude and low-frequency oscillations on high-voltage transmission cables. This phenomenon has unfortunate consequences such as short circuit and failure and fatigue of transmission lines. The aim of the present dissertation is to design a H∞ resistant controller to reduce galloping fluctuations in high voltage transmission lines. For this purpose, first, the dynamics of the transmission line on the vertical plate is analyzed and the nonlinear dynamical equations are solved using two methods of multiple time scales and averaging and compared with each other. Then the optimal resistant nonlinear controller with the desired number of piezoelectric actuators is used and system simulation and controller performance performance and validation of results are performed with the results of other researchers' work. Finally, the results of simulations performed with the MATLAB program are given.
