چکیده: Abstract: In this research work, coordination planning for distributed production units in a microgrid was done by improving the neural network. In the proposed algorithm, the goal in the proposed planning is to maximize profit and improve energy characteristics due to fluctuations in production resources and uncertainty in batteries and capacitors in the production system. To plan this system, many optimization methods were investigated. As a result, two accurate and reliable methods (neural network and genetic algorithm) were selected, in order to solve their weaknesses, problems and shortcomings. Due to the fact that neural networks use different methods for training and in complex problems the optimal problem is localized, to solve this challenge, it was optimized. Based on the results of the fourth chapter, the proposed method has less error than other methods. This comparison is evaluated in terms of MAE, MSE, RMSE, sign error and some methods. The results show the superiority of the proposed method. Also, the proposed method of accuracy with auxiliary criteria such as Precision, Recall, etc. has also been examined, which is superior and superior compared to the other two methods. Therefore, the results of peak load prediction, use and timing of battery and supercapacitor use can be relied upon to improve the allocation of storage resources. In this thesis, according to the temperature of the battery and the capacitor, the allocation operation was carried out in such a way that the pressure of the capacitor (temperature pressure and current ripple) and the battery (discharge pressure or excessive SOC) were there as much as possible. In this method, when most of the environment and local are less than or less than the permissible limit, the battery-supercapacitor is temporarily out of the circuit and another storage source (according to the conditions and facilities of the area) such as compressed air or gas storage system is replaced. to be And in some cases, direct photovoltaic products were used to cool these two parts. This service reduces the long-term costs of replacing batteries and capacitors
