چکیده: Abstract: continual changes in energy demand during operating hours in different parts of the distribution system cause a change in the flow status in the lines and as a result, a change in the status of power losses. With the expansion of technology and the new structure of the electricity industry, these changes have become a more serious challenge. Due to this issue, a single structure cannot be the optimal structure for the distribution system at all times. Researchers have followed the reconfiguration of the distribution system as one of the best and low cost methods to solve this challenge. The reconfiguration is done by number of switching's during the 24 hours a day. Dynamic reconfiguration with the help of smart algorithms works during the day and night of different Optimal structure by maintaining the limitations of the grading system of the evaluation criteria of the issues. In this thesis, The optimization of the number of Remote-controlled switches that play a role in the dynamic reconfiguration of radial distribution systems is considered. The dynamic reconfiguration of the system has been studied with the help of reinforcement learning. The dynamic reconfiguration is done with the aim of loss reduction and also maintaining the operational range of the bus voltages. The study has been done on IEEE 33-bus standard network. It is not practical to consider the key on all branches of the distribution system. Firstly, on all the branches of the Remote-controlled switches distribution system, a dynamic reconfiguration has been carried out by taking into account the pattern of different loads during 24 hours a day on the buses of the system. The keys that have changed their status during a dynamic reconfiguration period are called critical keys. Reconfiguration with critical keys has been done and better results have been obtained than considering the key on all branches. The keys that changed less during the day and night have been removed. Reinforcement learning algorithm has been implemented at each key removal stage. The key removal algorithm has been continued until the optimal arrangement for the extracted system load pattern. Economic analysis has been carried out over 20 years considering the annual installation and maintenance cost of the key as well as the loss cost at each stage of key removal. By using more keys with remote control capability for reconfiguration, the loss rate of the system is reduced. On the one hand, this has reduced the cost of wasted energy during the life of the project, but it requires a higher cost at the beginning of the project to install the keys. With 3 different electricity tariff scenarios, the costs with different number of keys have been compared. The optimal cost is calculated according to the number of Remote-controlled switches. The results showed that the optimal mode changes for different electricity tariffs and the cost of the key, and it is not possible to suggest a specific optimal number of keys
