چکیده: Abstract: Due to the economic crisis that is increasing day by day, studies of closed-loop supply chain network design including energy saving, material recycling and controlled waste have recently received much attention. Today, companies have more responsibilities to discover the best opportunities to consume less natural resources, which are created by evaluating the different options available for recycling end-of-life products or end-of-life products. On the other hand, the pressure of groups that love nature and support environmental issues has caused organizations to pay attention to issues related to environmental and energy management. On the other hand, the production and reproduction of products and long transportation lead to an increase in pollution and greenhouse gases, which affect human health and contribute to global warming. Therefore, there is a need to effectively design an environmentally friendly supply chain to improve environmental aspects. Therefore, in this research, a multi-objective, multi-period and multi-commodity sustainable mathematical model is presented, taking into account uncertainty to minimize costs and environmental effects and maximize social effects. In this supply chain, distribution, collection and recovery centers can be reopened. In order to prevent the occurrence of shortages in dealerships and interruptions in the service process, dealership companies are required to have a reserve that can serve the customer as quickly as possible, since this reserve for some products, especially expensive and rarely used products, Agents are expensive, they have to block their capital. On the other hand, if there is no reserve for such products, the customer may be delayed for several days, which causes customer dissatisfaction, so in this research, an optimal level of reserve for the agent is determined, which increases the level of customer satisfaction and increases the level of service. The proposed model will be examined and compared in two scenarios of market boom and recession. The supply chain studied in this research is a stable closed loop supply chain, which is designed to study the supply chain of spare parts in Samand. To solve the model in small and medium size, epsilon limit approach and in large size (case study) NSGAII algorithm is used. The results show that the genetic algorithm is suitable for solving
