چکیده: Abstract: In recent years, due to the increasing growth of the population and the consequent need for housing, the necessity of changing the construction method from the traditional mode and turning to the new methods of construction and industrialization of the building in the implementation of projects seems to be essential. The advantages of industrialization of buildings are stylization, retrofitting, saving materials, optimal energy consumption during construction and operation, increasing the life and quality of the building and components and reducing the construction period, and as a result, reducing construction costs. New technologies used in the industrialization of buildings have created risky uncertainties for employers and contractors, whose identification, evaluation and control increase the productivity of building industrialization systems. The identification of the most important and influential risks of building industrialization was done using questionnaire number 1 and categorized as financial, political and economic, resource, safety and environmental, contractual and technological and engineering risks. Then the risks were reviewed, ranked and the impact of each on the main limitations of the project, including time, quality and cost, using questionnaire number 2 and the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method. The obtained results show the high importance and influence of financial risk on industrialization projects of buildings. Also, economic and political risks, contractual, resources, technology and engineering, and safety and environment were ranked second to sixth respectively. In the final step of building industrialization risk management, in addition to identifying, evaluating and ranking risks, solutions to control and reduce risks have been provided. Choosing the best building industrialization system according to budget, time and different conditions has been one of the main challenges for employers. For this purpose, by using the fuzzy Vicor method and the results obtained from the risk ranking, five new and common building industrialization systems were prioritized, including prefabricated steel frame systems with screw connections, light steel frame, tunnel formwork, permanent insulation panel and permanent insulation formwork. The results of the Fuzzy Vicor method show that the tunnel formwork system and the prefabricated steel frame with bolt connections are the most optimal building industrialization system in order to deal with the risks and uncertainties in the projects
