چکیده: Abstract: Abstract: This thesis presents a general analytical study aimed at exploring structured approaches for examining complex phenomena under conditions of uncertainty. The research adopts a quantitative and systematic perspective, focusing on how data can be organized, analyzed, and interpreted to support consistent evaluation and informed decision-making. Rather than addressing a specific application domain, the study emphasizes the development of a flexible and transparent analytical framework that can be adapted to a variety of research contexts. The proposed approach combines fundamental concepts from statistical analysis and probabilistic reasoning to capture variability in observed outcomes. By structuring information into clearly defined components, the framework facilitates comparison across different cases and supports the identification of underlying patterns and trends. Particular attention is given to maintaining interpretability, so that the analytical process remains understandable and practically usable, even when dealing with heterogeneous data sources. To illustrate the general applicability of the framework, a series of numerical examples and comparative analyses are conducted. These examples demonstrate how variations in data availability and model assumptions can influence analytical outcomes, while also highlighting the importance of balancing methodological rigor with simplicity. The results suggest that structured analytical methods can provide stable and coherent insights, even in situations characterized by limited or uneven information. Overall, this thesis contributes a generic methodological perspective that supports quantitative analysis and structured reasoning in applied research. The findings underscore the value of systematic data analysis for enhancing transparency, comparability, and robustness in a wide range of academic and practical decision-making settings.
