چکیده: Abstract: Anisotropic materials such as fiber-reinforced composite materials are widely used in many industrial fields. One of the issues in composite materials is the reduction of stiffness to weight ratio and strength to weight, which in comparison with metal alloys, saves weight and, of course, costs. The main components of fiber-reinforced composite materials are background and fibers. In laminated fiber reinforced composite structures, the fibers are used as single or multi-layered. The concept of variable stiffness is contrasted with the classical concept of laminate with constant angles and thickness. In the stiffness method, the variable angles and optimal thickness in each position are calculated. The key feature of this concept is to consider the variable stiffness of the composite used and to determine and calculate parameters such as laminate angle, thickness, and so on. Sandwich panels with variable stiffness reduce the materials used in areas that do not require significant strength. In this research, a sandwich panel made of composite corrugated core is investigated considering the concept of variable stiffness. The use of the concept of variable stiffness in composite materials can satisfactorily meet the design criteria. The main purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the effects of changing the angle of the fibers as well as the thickness change on the core of the sandwich panel made of composite corrugated core, considering the concept of variable stiffness, to increase the panel's ability to withstand tensile and flexural loads. In this research, using coding with Python software and using the written code to simulate, analyze and optimize in Abacus software, first the variable angle method is validated to achieve variable stiffness for the sheet and then the effects of variable stiffness are investigated. The change of fiber angle and thickness (separately) in the cell core of the sandwich panel unit with the composite corrugated core in tensile and flexural loading is discussed. As a result, it was observed that the deformation and mass of the sample can be reduced by using variable stiffness in the cell core of the sandwich panel unit with composite corrugated iron.
