چکیده: Abstract: friction stir welding is a solid state welding method. This method has high energy efficiency, and good environmental friendliness. It is also used in the communication industry to connect aluminum-based alloys that are easily welded by conventional methods. This process is associated with complex material handling and plastic modification. Welding parameters, tool geometry and connection design to the material flow pattern and temperature distribution are too much, also the microstructural deformation of the material has been done, it is a function of this factor. Adding to the parameters of the welding process, its tools and geometry became the most important factor influencing this process and played the most important role in the flow of material. The advantages of the friction welding process over the Turkish welding process for welding aluminum alloys are clearly defined. Can be significantly increased. In this study, the development of turbulent friction welding for the connection of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy was performed. The special advantages of this advanced have led to its use in industry. In this study, the effect of tool pin geometry on the life of communication was investigated. In this study, in order to obtain the desired fatigue life by considering the stability of welding parameters, tried to change the geometry of the tool, its effect on the progress of the study and confirm the data. Finally, introduced a parameter of tool geometry that in different conditions Welding predicted a good result of progress. Three tool pin geometries (threaded cylinder, square and triangular) were used to make the connections. The test results need to be analyzed. As a result of this research, it was found that the connections welded by the square geometry tool have a longer fatigue life compared to other tool geometry pins
