چکیده: Abstract: This experimental study examines the combined effects of stabilizing agents (cement and epoxy resin) and reinforcing materials (recycled PET fibers and Hot Washed PET flakes) on the strength and compaction behavior of Firouzkooh sandy soil. The results indicate that optimal application of these materials can substantially enhance the mechanical performance of sandy soils while offering a sustainable approach to plastic waste management.
