چکیده: Abstract: plants and purchasing electricity of these power plants at a guaranteed price on the other hand, construction and The operation of solar power plants is increasing in the world.Every process or technology has a specific lifespan, and solar panels are no exception. These pages do not have the ability to produce maximum power at the end of their useful life, and as a result, the process of replacing them with new pages takes place. These panels turn into e-waste at the end of their useful life. Therefore, one of the environmental problems of solar power plants is the re-weaving of its panels. Recycling has two aspects, from an environmental point of view to prevent environmental pollution and from an economic point of view. That is, is the process of recycling solar panels profitable and economical or not? And does it need government support or not? To respond to the cost-effectiveness of the recycling process, it is necessary to examine the price changes of the economic parameters and the extracted materials during the project period and evaluate the results accordingly. Various methods have been proposed to investigate this issue. This dissertation uses information decision-making method based on information gap to deal with uncertainty and its changes. The results based on this method are more resistant to changes in parameters than classical and conventional methods and are more realistic With the increase of awareness caused by greenhouse gases and environmental problems for the production of electricity with the help of fossil fuels on the one hand and also reducing the cost per kilowatt installed solar power.
