چکیده: Abstract: Wind turbine blade angle control is one of the basic parameters in wind turbine modeling because by optimally adjusting the turbine blade angle, the amount of wind impact with the blades will increase and as a result, more electrical energy will be produced by increasing the mechanical energy in the blades. One of the important parameters in the wind turbine discussion will be the control of the turbine blade. Fuzzy controllers are also used as a type of controllers that adapt due to imitation of human behavior based on changes in the system. , As a result, are resistant to wind changes and other changes that occur in the turbine blade and will reduce costs and increase production capacity. The aim of this study is to control the wind turbine speed with constant output power using fuzzy and PI combined controllers. The results showed that the design basis of fuzzy controller is based on model, model or TS modeling. Consider the wind turbine system. First, open-loop TS model is obtained using fuzzy modeling methods such as sector nonlinearity. As a result, local state space matrices and fuzzy membership functions are calculated. Using local matrices. System and Theorem 1, unknown matrices are obtained, which include Lyapunov matrix and controller parameters. Having the controller parameters and fuzzy functions of the TS model, the proposed PID fuzzy controller is designed and applied to the wind turbine system
